David is the founder of Gradient Strategy and a leading System Dynamics modeler and strategist, having worked with leading firms and public sector organizations globally. His research has spanned topics ranging from electric vehicle adoption and on-demand platforms to the organizational performance of non-profits and public education systems. David is an Associate Professor of Strategy at Melbourne Business School, and Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
